resizable window

the window is too small, these days the monitor resolutions are quite large, it would be really beneficial to have a possibility to resize the window

sort on columns by clicking on,where display lists

e.g. inspect services, to be able to click on columns to sort by. eg i want to get together all running services. (as it is now looks like immature and showing lock of programming skills) as for now it is much easier to use the windows service...

display startup names in its original characters

some startup items are not being display correctly insted of original name it comes garbage
